Al asociarse con m\u00e1s de 40 agencias comunitarias, AVANCE-Austin busca proveer apoyo integral que incluye referidos m\u00e9dicos, recursos de educaci\u00f3n financiera y educaci\u00f3n infantil temprana. \"Las madres no pueden enfocarse en la crianza cuando est\u00e1n abrumadas por el estr\u00e9s diario de poner comida en la mesa\", explic\u00f3 Stephanie De Le\u00f3n, Gerente Senior de Desarrollo en AVANCE-Austin. \"Por eso las alianzas son esenciales - ninguna organizaci\u00f3n puede cubrir todas las necesidades\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al reconocer la creciente demanda de apoyo en salud mental, AVANCE-Austin lanz\u00f3 el grupo<em>Madres Saludables<\/em>en colaboraci\u00f3n con las pasantes de MSSW de UT, Sarahi y Neftaly. El programa de seis semanas, ofrecido en formato h\u00edbrido, reuni\u00f3 a 15 madres latinas para sesiones sobre estr\u00e9s, ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n y trauma intergeneracional. \"Prove\u00edmos psicoeducaci\u00f3n y herramientas de afrontamiento, creando un espacio seguro para la vulnerabilidad\", detall\u00f3 Sarahi. Una participante comparti\u00f3 c\u00f3mo el grupo la ayud\u00f3 a confrontar traumas de su infancia y romper ciclos dif\u00edciles en su propia crianza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El impacto fue profundo: el 100% de las participantes report\u00f3 sentirse m\u00e1s esperanzada sobre su bienestar mental, y muchas pidieron continuar con el apoyo. Una madre resalt\u00f3 la importancia del grupo:<em>\u201cGrateful for your time\u2014I thought I was alone\u201d<\/em>(\u201cAgradecida por su tiempo\u2026 cre\u00eda que yo estaba sola\u201d).
