Rick Noriega is President and Chief Executive Officer of the national non-profit organization, AVANCE, Inc. This community-based organization focuses on offering early childhood education, parenting and comprehensive family services to predominantly Hispanic families. Under his leadership, AVANCE has grown significantly, which landed the organization on Hispanic Business Magazine’s Top Ten non-profits for 2011 and the magazine named Noriega as one of their Top 100 Influential Hispanics.
